!OBITUARY: Information found in the Herald Democrat Newspaper, Clarksville, Johnson County, A rkansas. May 24, 1938. MRS. WILL BEAN DIES SUDDENLY AT FARM HOME Stroke Of Apoplexy Prove s Fatal To Well Known Johnson County Woman; Funeral Held Tuesday. Mrs. Will A. Bean, 55 year s old, died suddenly Monday at her home in the Lone Pine community near here following a stro ke of apoplexy. Mrs Bean was born and reared in Johnson county and has spent most of her lif e in the Lone Pine community. She was the daughter of the late Jasper Jacobs, prominent John son county citizen. Besides her husband she is survived by four sons, Althoe Bean, Tulsa., Ok la., Otis Bean, Sperry, Okla., Oland Bean and Quenters Bean of Lone Pine; two daughers, Mrs . Eula Moyer, Clarksville and Erma of Lone Pine and a brother, Lattie Jacobs of Portales, N.M . Funeral services were held from the family home in Lone Pine Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'cloc k with the Rev. J.J. Partain pastor of the Harmony Presbyterian church and the Rev. Hugh Yand ell, also a Presbyterian minister. Burial was in the Lone Pine cemetery with Hardwicke Funer al home in charge. Pallbearers were: D.B. Basham, H.F. Blackburn, Walter Mooney, B.Y. Frost , Lee Glates and Oscar Underwood. Flower girls were the Misses Iladean Basham, Beatrice Bash am, Joy Baskins, Alma Baskins, Ruby Stewart and Ruth Stewart.

!OBITUARY: Source, The Johnson County Graphics, Johnson County, Arkansas. ORLAND H. BEAN. Orl and Henderson Bean, 90, of Clarksville died Saturday, Feb 19, 2000, at his home. He was reti red from Eureka Brick, a farmer and timber employee, and member of the Lone Pine Presbyteria n Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Jewel Frost Bean; two daughters and sons-in-law , Jewell Faye and Jim Damon of Clarksville and Ethel Mae and Roy Damon of Dardanelle; one sis ter, Emma Dell Leeds of Clarksville; one brother, Quentin Bean of Clarksville; eight grandchi ldren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 23, at Roller- Cox Chapel with Burley King and Rev. Amos Active pallbearers will be John Brown, Joe Martin , Ken Childers, Carey Clark, Russ Forehand, Jim Damon and Roy Damon.
