Could it be John Miller Martin's two sons-in-law tha t were witnesses to the following deed?

Martin of Scott County and S tate of Arkansas in consideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars to me in hand p aid by John Selph of Scott County, State of Arkansas the receipt whereof I acknowledge do h ereby give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said John Selph and his heirs a certain t ract or parcel of land situate in the county of Scott and State of Arkansas bounded and descr ibed as follows to wit The north half of the south east quarter of Section Eleven (11) in To wnship One (1) North of the base line in Range Thirty Two (32) west of the fifth principal me ridian contain eighty acres together with

all the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging to have and to hold the aforegrante d premises to the said John Selph and his heirs forever in fee simple and I the said Joh n M. Martin for my self and my heirs executors and administrators do covenant with the sai d John Selph and his heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee of the aforegrante d premises that they are free from all encumbrances that I have a good right to sell and conv ey the same to the said John Selph and that I well and my heirs executors and administrator s shall warrant and defend the same to John Selph and his heirs and assigns forever agains t the lawful claims and demands of all persons and for the consideration aforesaid and for di verse other good considerations I Lovina Martin wife of the said John M. Martin do hereb y release quit claim transfer and relinquish unto the said John Self and his heirs all my r ight or possibility of dower in or out of the aforedecribed premised in witness whereof we ha ve hereunto set of our hands and seals this the 13th day of February 1867

Martin whose name appe ars upon and to the above and foregranted deed of Conveyance and acknowledged that he had exe cuted and assigned the same for the consideration therein contained and desired the same to b e certified and I do so certify and further certify at the same time and place also appeare d before me Lovina Martin wife to the said John M.
