tate of Arkansas in consideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars to me in hand p
aid by John Selph of Scott County, State of Arkansas the receipt whereof I acknowledge do h
ereby give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said John Selph and his heirs a certain t
ract or parcel of land situate in the county of Scott and State of Arkansas bounded and descr
ibed as follows to wit The north half of the south east quarter of Section Eleven (11) in To

d before me Lovina Martin wife to the said John M. Martin in the absence [This is all tha
